Downtown La Penita where the market is located is only a short walk from our RV park so we didn't have to take the car and then hunt for a parking spot. We took our shopping bag and returned with a good selection of vegetables and a loaf of homemade date and raisin bread.
We like to try the fish tacos at different restaurants in town but today on the way back from the market we stopped at a large restaurant and had breakfast. Hot cakes for Diane and a fruit plate for me. All for about 50 pesos. (about $4.00)
One of the owners of our park had to fly back to his work in Sacramento today so his wife drove him to the airport in Puerto Vallarta. We're still the only ones at the park.
The weather is perfect, a little cool in the evening but sunny and warm during the day ending with great sunsets.
